How To

Guides for every game mode, your wallet, subscriptions, and community features on Vokabul8.

Vokabul8 combines daily live vocabulary rounds, PvP challenge rooms, card and tug-of-war duels, bracket tournaments, and community tools in one account. Use the sections below for the feature you need.

Create an account

  1. Visit vokabul8.net and click Register.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, email, international mobile number (starting with + and country code), and date of birth.
  3. Optionally add a friend’s referral code and complete three security questions (used if you contact support about your account).
  4. Choose a strong password, confirm it, and submit the form.
  5. Sign in with your email or mobile number and password. Verify your email when prompted.

Sign in and reset your password

  1. Open Login and enter your credentials.
  2. Forgot your password? Use Forgot your Password?, enter your email, and open the reset link sent to your inbox.
  3. Set a new password on the reset page and sign in again.

Profile, settings, and VeightCoin™ wallet

  1. Open your avatar menu and go to Profile or Settings to update your name, avatar, address, mobile number (with OTP), and date of birth.
  2. View your referral code in settings and share it with friends who are registering.
  3. Integrate VeightPay™ from your profile to link an external wallet for deposits and withdrawals.
  4. Add VeightCoin (VC) via your linked VeightPay account or in-app checkout where offered.
  5. Withdraw VC from Withdraw after integration; funds go to your linked VeightPay wallet.
  6. Review transactions, promotion activity, subscription history, and open disputes on a transaction from your profile when needed.

Subscriber vs bettor play (line games and rooms)

Many games let you choose how you play:

  • Subscriber — Requires an active subscription. No VC stake on that entry; tier benefits and daily play limits apply. No minimum age beyond normal registration.
  • Bettor — Stakes VC from your wallet; winnings are paid to your balance. You must meet the minimum age for betting play and have enough spendable VC.

Mixed Ultimate Challenge rooms can seat both subscribers and bettors. See Betting Rules and Game Rules for full detail.

Subscriptions and daily tasks

  1. Open Profile → Subscription to compare tiers, checkout with VC or VeightPay, and renew using subscriber points where eligible.
  2. Higher tiers unlock more daily line-game entries, more room matches per day, mixed-room subscriber seats, and guest-invite limits.
  3. Subscribers with daily tasks enabled can open Daily Tasks from the menu or profile to complete timed vocabulary challenges and earn renewal points or badges by tier.

Today’s Jackpot (daily line games)

The jackpot strip at the top of the home and game hub pages explains the current prize. In summary:

  • Monthly qualify: Play at least five different staked games in the same calendar month.
  • 24-hour win (UTC): Be the first to win three staked games in a row—one each in What’s the Word, Golden Number, and Letters of Fortune—within any 24-hour UTC window while already qualified that month.
  • Normal game winnings stay yours; the jackpot is added on top when both rules are met.

Game hub and daily line games (WTW, GN, LOF)

  1. After login, open Home for the live What’s the Word round, jackpot, and links to all modes.
  2. For each line game, open Play Game, choose Subscriber or Bettor if both are available, then set entry options and stake (bettor only).
  1. What’s the Word (WTW)
    1. Read the masked word on the live board.
    2. Pick bet type, enter your answer, and bet amount (bettor).
    3. Preview entries, then Submit entries before the round closes.
  2. Golden Number (GN)
    1. Choose entry type (single or multiple), question number, bet type, and your number guess.
    2. Preview, then Submit before time runs out.
  3. Letters of Fortune (LOF)
    1. Choose entry type, question, bet type, and your letter-group answer for the live round.
    2. Preview, then Submit.

The Ultimate Challenge (TUC)

Timed vocabulary rooms for multiple players. Open TUC in the header or Ultimate Challenge.

Create a room

  1. Click Create Room.
  2. Set players, rounds, stake (if bet-only or mixed as bettor), public or private, and play mode (bet-only, subscribers-only, or mixed with your seat role).
  3. For a private room, copy the invitation code or link and share it. For public rooms, others join from the available list.
  4. When the room is full, the host starts the match; answer within each round’s timer.

Join a room

  1. Open Play → Available rooms and join a public room, or paste an invite code for a private room.
  2. Accept your seat role (bettor or subscriber in mixed rooms). Bettors fund the listed stake from wallet VC.
  3. Wait for the host to start, then compete for the highest score across rounds.

Use history, leaderboard, spectate, and recap from the TUC menu after matches. Subscriber hosts can create guest invite links from the waiting room so friends without a subscription can join that match as guests.

Ultimate Challenge tournaments

  1. Open Tournaments from the menu.
  2. Browse fixtures, register for an open event, and view brackets and leaderboards.
  3. Play your scheduled bracket matches when they go live; advance round by round until the event ends.

Tug of Words

  1. Open Tug Of Words in the menu (two-player word tug-of-war).
  2. From the lobby, create a room (players, stake, bet-only or subscribers-only, normal or professional rules) or join an open room.
  3. Take turns picking letters and spelling words to pull the rope toward your side.
  4. Review past matches from history when available.

Alpha Cards

  1. Open Alpha Cards in the menu.
  2. Create or join a room with your preferred play mode and stake, similar to Tug of Words.
  3. Use your letter cards to build words, declare plays, and outscore your opponent over the match.

Delegation (play on behalf of another player)

  1. If another player delegates access to you, open the delegation inbox from messaging/home to accept pending requests.
  2. When active, you can join eligible rooms and submit play for that account within the rules shown in the app.

Community, rankings, and support

  • Feed — Public posts and activity from the community.
  • Vokabul8Circle — Personal updates stream; post text, images, or GIFs and visit other players’ walls.
  • Private — Direct messages from the home messaging panel.
  • Player rankings — Leaderboards and competitive standings.
  • Badges & achievements — Earned from play milestones; toast notifications appear when you unlock them.
  • Support chat — Signed-in players can open in-app support from the menu for account or gameplay help.
  • Contact us — Contact form for general enquiries.
