What is English vocabulary?

English vocabulary is the body of words used in the English language. Vokabul8 helps you practise, compete, and learn new words through live games and social play.

What is Vokabul8™ and what can I do on it?

Vokabul8™ is an English vocabulary gaming and social platform by VCIU®. You can play live and room-based word games, compete on leaderboards, subscribe for no-stake play, optionally stake VeightCoin™ (VC) for prizes, and connect with other players.

Game modes on the platform include:

• What’s the Word (WTW) — Daily live masked-word puzzle
• Golden Number (GN) — Guess the hidden number before time runs out
• Letters of Fortune (LOF) — Pick letter groups for the live round
• The Ultimate Challenge (TUC) — Multi-player timed vocabulary rooms (public, private, mixed, or subscribers-only)
• Ultimate Challenge Tournaments — Bracket events with fixtures and leaderboards
• Tug of Words — Two-player tug-of-war spelling duel
• Alpha Cards — Card-based word duel between players

Community features include the Feed, Vokabul8Circle personal updates, private messaging, player rankings, badges, and in-app support chat for signed-in users.

Who developed Vokabul8™?

Vokabul8™ was developed by VCIU®. The underlying concept was designed by VCIU® in 2003 and the platform launched in 2021.

How do I create an account?

Register free at vokabul8.net with your first and last name, email, international mobile number (+ country code), date of birth, password, three security questions, and an optional referral code. After registering, sign in and verify your email when prompted.

What is subscriber play vs bettor play?

Subscriber play requires an active subscription. You enter line games and eligible room seats without staking VC on that entry; tier rules set daily limits and renewal-point rewards.

Bettor play uses VC from your wallet as the stake. Winnings are credited to your balance. You must be at least 18 years old for betting play and have enough spendable VC. Line games and many rooms let you choose subscriber or bettor when both are available.

Is there a minimum age limit?

Registration does not require you to be 18. Betting / bettor play (staking VC) requires you to be at least 18 years old. Subscriber play is not subject to that betting-age rule.

What is Today’s Jackpot?

A bonus prize on top of your normal game winnings. To qualify in a calendar month, play at least five different staked games that month. To win, be the first player to win three staked games in a row—one each in WTW, Golden Number, and LOF—within any 24-hour UTC window while already qualified. Details appear on the live jackpot strip and Today’s Jackpot page.

What are subscriptions and daily tasks?

Paid subscription tiers unlock subscriber play (no VC stake on entries), higher daily caps on line games and room matches, mixed-room subscriber seats, guest-invite limits, and—on eligible tiers—daily vocabulary tasks that earn renewal points or badges. Manage plans from your profile.

What is a Vokabul8™ wallet?

Every account has a Vokabul8 wallet that holds your VC balance (and promotional or bonus balances where applicable). It is used for bettor stakes, room escrows, withdrawals, and subscription checkout. Think of it as your in-platform balance for play and payouts.

How do VeightCoin™ and VeightPay™ work?

VeightCoin™ (VC) is the only currency used for stakes and prizes on Vokabul8. To add funds, link VeightPay™ from your profile and transfer VC into your Vokabul8 wallet when you have sufficient balance on VeightPay.

Withdrawals transfer VC back to your linked VeightPay account. From there you may sell VC on veightpay.com according to VeightPay’s own process.

How much do I have to stake?

For bettor entries on What’s the Word, Golden Number, and Letters of Fortune, the minimum stake is 1 VC (subject to your available spendable balance). Subscriber entries on those games use 0 VC stake.

In The Ultimate Challenge, Tug of Words, and Alpha Cards, the host sets the stake for bet-only or bettor seats; subscribers-only rooms use no cash stake. Tournament entry fees follow each event’s listing.

How does betting on line games work?

Choose Bettor as your play mode, ensure you have enough VC, set your bet amount, preview your entry, and submit before the round closes. VC is reserved or deducted according to the game rules; winnings are paid to your wallet if you win.

What are Ultimate Challenge rooms and guest invites?

TUC rooms support multiple players, timed rounds, and public or private invites. Play modes include bet-only, subscribers-only, and mixed (bettor + subscriber seats). The host starts the match when the room is ready.

Eligible subscriber hosts can create guest invite links from a waiting room so friends without a subscription can join that match as guests, within tier limits.

Can I play from anywhere in the world?

Vokabul8 is available online on mobile and desktop at vokabul8.net. You are responsible for checking whether participation is permitted under the laws of your country or region.

What is double-spending?

Double-spending means trying to use the same VC twice. Our ledger records each transaction; duplicate or invalid spends are rejected by the system’s verification and escrow rules.

What are the fees for using Vokabul8™?

Creating an account is free. Game stakes, platform fees on pools, and third-party VeightPay charges (if any) are described in the game and betting rules. Subscription plan prices are shown at checkout.

What does an “unconfirmed” transaction mean?

It is a transaction still being processed in our system. Most complete within minutes. Heavy load or security checks can take longer; if a transaction stays pending unusually long, contact support with your transaction details.

How do referrals, rankings, and achievements work?

Your personal referral code in settings can be used when friends register. Player rankings show competitive standings. Badges and achievements unlock from milestones in play; you may see a notification when you earn one.

Is Vokabul8™ legal?

Vokabul8™ is operated by VCIU LLC. Availability and legality of real-money-style staking vary by jurisdiction; you must comply with local law. Our Gambling Policy and Terms & Conditions provide further detail.
